Abstract/Summary:
The performance appraisal of primary level employees is an important part of the daily human resources management of enterprises.The key to the survival and development of enterprises is not only to have human resources,but also to manage talents to stimulate their innovation and enthusiasm,promote talents to work efficiently and create more value for the future development of individuals and enterprises.Taking RE company as an example,the current performance appraisal system of the enterprise is no longer suitable for the current enterprise transformation stage.There are some problems,such as unscientific appraisal process and insufficient incentive effect of appraisal results.Therefore,based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal of primary level employees in RE company,it is very important to improve the employee performance appraisal system for the healthy development of RE company.Based on target management and employee motivation,this paper collects and arranges the relevant data of RE company’s performance appraisal through questionnaires and interviews by using the relevant theoretical methods of performance appraisal such as key indicator method(KPI)and 360 degree appraisal method,combs the current performance appraisal methods and procedures of the company,and analyzes the main problems and their causes;On this basis,this paper gives the improvement scheme of performance appraisal of primary level employees in RE company,and puts forward the implementation and guarantee measures of performance appraisal improvement scheme.The investigation found that the current performance appraisal system implemented by RE company has some problems,such as relatively single appraisal methods and technologies,lack of scientificity of appraisal indicators,lack of flexibility of appraisal cycle,imperfect communication and feedback mechanism,improper application of appraisal results and so on.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the basic objectives and principles of employee performance appraisal improvement in RE company,and gives the improvement scheme of employee performance appraisal system from the aspects of appraisal index system,appraisal method and process,application of appraisal results to feedback and appeal,etc;This paper puts forward the closed-loop implementation strategy of the performance appraisal improvement scheme,and puts forward the safeguard measures and suggestions for the smooth implementation of the employee performance appraisal improvement scheme from the aspects of enterprise executive support,full participation,clear responsibilities,effective communication,incentive,expansion and innovation and appraisal transparency.
