| In recent years,China’s urbanization process has continued to deepen,and construction and construction enterprises have ushered in a rare opportunity for development.However,with the continuous influx of new enterprises,the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly hot,and construction companies are facing unprecedented challenges.In order to be in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce market,construction companies must keep pace with the times,develop and innovate,adopt advanced management concepts and business models,and establish a sound performance management system in the course of business operations.Important link.At present,the performance management implemented by domestic enterprises is unsatisfactory,resulting in the phenomenon that the first-line construction units have low quality control,backward cost management,and weak security awareness.How to establish an efficient performance management system has become a major problem that plagues domestic construction companies.A company is a large-scale comprehensive construction enterprise that integrates planning,design,construction,supervision and building materials supply.For A company,it has a more comprehensive project management system and strengthens project management through a relatively standardized system and management system.However,for the units responsible for the first-line construction of the project,there is still a lack of a perfect performance appraisal system for the construction unit at this stage,and the incentive and restraint mechanisms are insufficient.In this paper,we will make some useful thoughts on the performance evaluation of construction enterprises in view of the problems existing in the performance appraisal of construction companies by A company.In the research content,this paper first expounds the research background,research significance and theoretical basis of the research.Then,based on the analysis of the status quo of the performance evaluation of the current construction unit of A company,the paper establishes A through the literature and questionnaires.The construction unit of the company organized the performance appraisal index system,and carried out the validity and reliability analysis of the questionnaire results.Then the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of the performance appraisal index,and the organizational performance of the A company construction unit was carried out through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Comprehensive evaluation;Finally,the implementation recommendations from the perspectives of performance coaching and process supervision,performance appraisal process optimization,performance appraisal goals,performance appraisal communication and feedback,and appraisal management departments.This paper expects to build a systematic and mature performance evaluation system for A company based on the existing performance evaluation,and then enhance the industry competitiveness of A company. |
