The research object of this article is Group H,which is an auto parts manufacturer and one of the largest aluminum alloy wheel manufacturers in China.In recent years,H Group has encountered problems such as high production costs,inadequate implementation of corporate strategies,and lack of business objectives in the process of production and development.Practice has proved that performance assessment is a key means to realize enterprise management and an effective tool to successfully realize enterprise strategy.Therefore,H Group urgently needs to build an effective performance assessment system based on corporate strategy and strictly use management,and strictly apply management in order to be invincible in the fierce market competition.In view of the actual problems encountered during the development of H Group,based on H Group 's core development strategy,this article uses KPI theory to refine key success factors,and refines them into measurable and actionable indicators.Decompose the enterprise strategy to determine enterprise-level KPI assessment indicators,and decompose the enterprise-level KPI indicators into department-level KPI evaluation indicators in accordance with departmental regulations.Use the post responsibility system and department-level KPI evaluation indicators to quantify the position-level KPI evaluation indicators,so that,there is KPI assessments from top to bottom in the company.After each index is determined,the AHP method is used to determine the corresponding index assessment weight,thereby transforming the strategic goals into quantifiable daily work goals,and forming a set of strategy-based KPI performance assessment system applicable to H Group.After the establishment of the assessment system,improve the relevant systems and safeguards,put forward the considerations for the implementation of KPI performance assessment,form a complete KPI implementation management process,and ensure the implementation of the KPI assessment plan.This article is based on the performance assessment system constructed by the H Group's corporate strategy,which is conducive to improving the management level of the enterprise and enhancing the H Group's market competitiveness.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide reference and reference for the design and implementation of performance assessment system in production auto parts enterprises.
