Research On The Optimization Of Vendor Performance Evaluation Of CHONGQING ZHIZHAN CO.,Ltd

With the development of Internet technology,the process of economic integration has been accelerated,and the economic linkages between enterprises have become increasingly close.Any enterprise that wants to achieve development cannot be separated from the support of upstream and downstream enterprises.Therefore,supply chain management is increasingly crucial for enterprise operations.The focus of this article is on supplier performance evaluation in supply chain management.Taking Chongqing Zhizhan Gear Transmission Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on theoretical research such as supplier management and supplier performance management,the monitoring research on the company’s supplier performance control has identified the existing problems and the logical relationship behind the problems.There are mainly three aspects: first,the structure design of the supplier performance appraisal team is unreasonable,and there is a lack of departments corresponding to technical indicators;Secondly,the supplier performance evaluation indicators are incomplete,lacking technical evaluation indicators,and the evaluation indicators have not been scientifically analyzed and estimated based on experience;Finally,there is a lack of feedback and tracking on the results of supplier performance appraisal.In response to the above three issues,the focus is on using analytic hierarchy process to optimize the plan,promote the company’s supplier performance evaluation level,and improve the company’s operational ability.The article focuses on optimizing the organizational structure of supplier performance appraisal,supplier performance appraisal indicators and weights,and analyzes how to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan.It is hoped that through the optimization of the company’s supplier performance evaluation,it can help suppliers improve their management capabilities,thereby promoting the company to reduce operating costs,achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win partnership between the company and suppliers,and ultimately enhance the company’s market competitiveness.
