In recent years,China has continuously increased its support for the medical industry,and successively issued guidance documents on strengthening the construction of the medical and health industry.Guangdong Province has responded actively.In 2016,it officially proposed the goal of building a strong health province and expanded the supply of medical resources in the east,west and north of Guangdong.Providing quality medical services is an important part of it.In addition,with the continuous progress of China’s urbanization process,the stock of construction land continues to decrease,and the importance of rational use of underground space is increasing.However,the construction of many large general hospitals does not pay attention to the design of the underground space,and there are many shortcomings.This article only cuts in the three aspects of the planar functional organization of the underground space,the organization of traffic flow lines,and the design of flood and waterlogging prevention.Carry out relevant optimization design research on the underground space of the general hospital,sum up the successful design experience,and provide a reference for the construction of the medical industry in eastern Guangdong.The first part of this article introduces the background of the topic selection of the thesis,clarifies the research object and scope of the research topic,elaborates the relevant concepts and the purpose and significance of the research topic,then reviews and summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and proposes the innovation of this paper point.The second part of this article summarizes the development process and development trend of China’s health undertakings,then discusses the current situation,physical environment characteristics and functional characteristics of the hospital’s underground space,and expounds its development trend,and then analyzes the disaster prevention and prevention of the hospital’s underground space.It is proposed that the underground space should be strengthened for flood and waterlogging prevention.Finally,the particularity of the three common problems of functional organization,traffic flow and flood and waterlogging prevention in the underground space of large general hospitals in eastern Guangdong are analyzed.The third part of this article clarifies the content and method of case investigation,conducts field investigations from different perspectives such as project overview,underground space functional organization,underground space transportation organization,underground space flood control design,summarizes the existing problems of underground space in the investigation case and analyzes its the reason.The fourth part of this article establishes the optimal design principles for the underground space of large general hospitals: the principle of diversification and rationalization of plane functional organization,the principle of high efficiency and humanization of traffic flow organization,the multi-dimensional design of flood control and flood prevention and the principle of supplementary short board.Based on the above principles,the paper proposes an optimized design strategy for the underground space of large general hospitals in eastern Guangdong from the perspective of plane functional organization,traffic flow organization,and flood and waterlogging prevention measures.
