Research On Building Layout Of Large-Scale General Hospitals In Guangzhou Based On Post-Occupancy Evaluation

With the dynamic development of hospital construction and the rapid improvement of medical technology,the modern medical model is bringing new trends and opportunities for hospital construction.The construction of general hospitals under the background of health and epidemic prevention in the new era has entered a new climax,and demand has surged,and limited resources,this also puts forward higher requirements on the layout of hospital buildings.As the core premise of hospital architectural design,hospital building layout transforms medical needs into spatial layout,a suitable evaluation system can provide a research foundation for hospital building layout.The purpose of this research is to study the design strategy of the largescale general hospital building layout in Guangzhou from the three dimensions of overall planning layout,single space layout,green and smart special design based on the post-use evaluation method,so as to promote the medical efficiency of general hospitals.The development of sustainability and climate adaptability has high research value and practical significance.This article is developed in accordance with the logic of studying the origin,analyzing the problem,and solving the problem.The full text is composed of five chapters:The introduction of the first chapter is the origin of the research.It explains the research background of this topic from the hospital construction background,medical model,evaluation system,etc.,and combs and summarizes the research on the hospital building layout and the post-occupancy evaluation,and clarifies the research objects,meaning and method of the research,and construct the research content and framework.The second chapter is the analysis of the problem.Through the leading research on the layout of the large-scale general hospital in Guangzhou,combined with the needs of users,the system discusses the three dimensions of the overall planning layout,single space layout,green and smart special design.The composite influencing factors of the hospital building layout efficiency,and then the three influencing factor sets and 10 influencing factors of the building layout integrated efficiency of large-scale hospitals in Guangzhou are summarized.Chapter 3,Chapter 4,and Chapter 5 are the problem-solving parts,which are the core content of this article.The third chapter is the establishment stage of the evaluation system,closely centering on the influencing factors summarized in chapter 2,combined with subjective and objective evaluation and analytic hierarchy process and other evaluation methods,to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and build the hierarchical evaluation model of layout of the large-scale general hospital in Guangzhou;Chapter 4 is the application stage of the evaluation system.By selecting two large-scale hospitals in Guangzhou to conduct subjective and objective evaluations of the hospital building layout,the subjective and objective evaluation conclusions of the two hospitals are drawn,is also used to test the objectivity of the evaluation system;Chapter 5 is the summary stage of the evaluation system.Through the horizontal comparison of the subjective and objective evaluation results of the building layout design of two large-scale hospitals,suggestions are put forward to optimize the layout design of large-scale hospitals in Guangzhou,which are conducive to high medical efficiency,convenient functional flow line and climate adaptability.
