Evaluation And Optimization Of Outdoor Acoustic Environment In Large General Hospitals

The outdoor environment of large general hospitals was originally a place for doctors and patients to recover and recuperate and soothe their bodies and minds,but it did not attract enough attention,with serious noise pollution and poor acoustic environment.Taking Changsha Central Hospital as an example,this paper evaluates the outdoor acoustic environment of Changsha Central Hospital through fixed-point measurement and questionnaire survey,and uses Cadna/A software to optimize and simulate the acoustic environment of Changsha Central Hospital.The main results of the research are as follows(1)Conduct field investigation and sound pressure level measurement in Changsha Central Hospital,obtain data on the outdoor environment of the hospital,such as elevation,traffic flow,sound source composition and sound level value in each area,and clarify the type of sound source around the measurement point,and The subjective evaluation of the outdoor acoustic environment of the central hospital was investigated through questionnaires;(2)Comprehensively analyze the subjective and objective evaluation results of the outdoor acoustic environment of Changsha Central Hospital,and explore the relationship between the evaluation results and the respondent’s social,behavioral factors,sound source composition,and sound pressure level.The objective evaluation results show that the sound pressure level measured in most areas and periods outside the Changsha Central Hospital exceeds 55dB(A),and the acoustic environment is of poor quality;the subjective evaluation results show that respondents with different identities have a positive impact on the outdoor acoustic environment of the hospital.The evaluation results are not the same;(3)Use the Canda/A software to change the parameters related to the outdoor acoustic environment of Changsha Central Hospital(road traffic flow,terrain,green vegetation,etc.).It is concluded that the outdoor acoustic environment quality is inversely proportional to the road traffic flow,and the terrain and It is concluded that vegetation has a promoting effect on the optimization of acoustic environment.(4)Based on the current situation of outdoor acoustic environment in Changsha city center hospital,it is found that there are serious internal noise problems,unreasonable functional layout,external urban noise interference and lack of sound scene design and utilization,and put forward some targeted countermeasures such as controlling noise source,utilizing natural sound scene,reasonable functional layout and streamlining design.The purpose of this paper is to start from the psychological point of view of users,comprehensively consider the influencing factors of the acoustic environment,and put forward targeted suggestions for the purpose of improving the outdoor acoustic environment of Changsha Central Hospital.The improvement of the environment provides reference and reference.
