| Nowadays,“BIM fever” has swept the entire construction industry.With the arrival of BIM,a new problem,the problem of the traditional model is solved.How to integrate BIM technology into each building project to create greater value is The goal of each business.This article takes Zhengxu city railway as an example.This project has large investment,high cost control,many departments involved in construction,difficult collaborative management,complicated engineering and complex engineering,tight schedule,heavy task schedule,high quality and safety management requirements.Based on the above reasons,this paper first introduces how to use BIM technology to apply to urban railway project engineering and service engineering construction from the perspective of 3D visualization.Based on BIM technology,establish a number of technical application guarantees,such as the organization,standard system and standard system based on this BIM project;after the above construction is completed,the application of the visualization of the BIM component library and the engineering simulation of the project is completed.In the construction management process,improving the construction quality is conducive to the construction progress.Secondly,based on the above model building library,the project management is used to complete the engineering management in the whole process of construction,such as design drawing calibration optimization,engineering quantity statistical analysis,steel bar collision detection,4D progress simulation of construction process,BIM model standard chemical field,BIM+VR technology,intelligent layout of shield segments and integrated pipeline management;established factory processing management platform and equipment information model import platform;BIM+GIS technology is suitable for space areas like city railway projects The special large project greatly improves the management efficiency and improves the pertinence and effectiveness of the project management.It provides a number of guarantees for the whole process life cycle management of the project construction,which is conducive to the project management during the pre-construction,in-process and after-service acceptance..Finally,a collaborative integrated management platform based on the city railway project and a production control platform of the Liangchang Plant were constructed.The two platforms covered BIM data management,schedule management,material management,laboratory ledger management,mixing station information management,and environmental video information integration.Such functions have greatly improved the comprehensive and coordinated management capability of the project;in addition,the project’s featured platform,namely the Liangchang production management and control platform,has been established,which covers segmental beam production schedule management,on-site construction information management,and beam factory.The accountmanagement and the mobile two-dimensional code function provided an effective construction management method for the management of Liangchang,and also made a great contribution to the construction management of the entire city railway project. |
