Research On Construction Of Lifecycle Information Management Platform Based On BIM

In recent years,our country vigorously carry out the construction of infrastructure projects,large-scale,high degree of difficulty is also showing a growing trend,the promotion of construction ability,construction technology is obvious to people,however,the progress of project management mode is slow,especially in highway and railway engineering project management,still using the traditional mode,for many aspects of project management,quality,safety,cost,schedule,etc.,there are obvious shortcomings which have a greater impact on the profits of the project.And the problems should be solved urgently.The rise of BIM technology in our country is relatively late.By the support of national policy,BIM technology has been in housing construction projects and infrastructure construction projects in the beginning of the application within a certain range,the BIM technology for collaborative simulation and visualization capabilities,on several aspects of project management has a greater role in promoting.Therefore,BIM technology can make up for many shortcomings of the traditional project management model,and even form a new project management mode based on BIM technology recognized by the industry.In this paper,the advantages of information technology based on BIM platform,the video monitoring,security monitoring,mixing station monitoring,virtual reality and other system integration on the BIM platform,innovates the model of project management,and discusses the application of innovative management mode of BIM platform in the whole process of the project quality,safety,schedule,material information,engineering technology,etc.of Jiu Mian Expressway,also discussed the resistance in the process and solution of BIM implementation.And pave the way for further promotion of BIM technologyPractice shows that: The informatization reform of Jiu Mian Expressway project management mode can promote the transformation of the mode of production of the construction industry,increase investment,design,construction,operation and maintenance of the whole lifecycle of the project quality and efficiency,reduce the cost of each stage of waste,enhance the scientific decision-making ability and management level.
