With the advent of the era of big data,visualization technology has developed rapidly in the field of construction and has helped engineering construction activities in many ways by means of information technology.Relying on the national policy support and the spring breeze brought by the industrial transformation of the engineering consulting industry,historical experience data and emerging technologies have been integrated and reborn.Therefore,it is one of the current research hotspots to establish an auxiliary platform for the use of data assets of engineering cost consulting companies under the new situation.Due to years of business accumulation and technical expertise,consulting companies have a large number of historical engineering cost data assets.However,the phenomenon of "double low" utilization and reference of historical data is also a "stubborn disease" in the consulting industry.The data integration and visibility characteristics of data visualization technology can achieve the right remedy for this "stubborn disease".This paper aims to "realize the visualization of historical data and show the utilization value of historical project data".Assets use secondary platforms.In order to improve the utilization of historical data of project cost.The main research work is as follows:(1)Classify and decompose the historical data and cost-related documents of engineering consulting enterprises,and establish a historical data database according to the amount of information and data characteristics carried by the data.The database is built in SQL language,and the tables are connected in series with the project ID as the main key,so as to realize the transition from search matching to complete display,change paper information into data tables or text display,and realize the screening of similar projects or projects to solve the problem of data.The storage is scattered,the query of similar items is cumbersome,and the adaptation rate of the selected items is low.(2)Using data visualization technology,the project data can be displayed visually.Present the data information that can briefly describe the project cost information and cost proportion in the form of visual graphs and charts,deepen the understanding of users,and provide cost data information reference for proposed projects or projects under construction.(3)Considering that the content of consulting services is not just cold digital calculations,the influence of human factors also accounts for a certain proportion in the business services of consulting companies,so consulting companies also need to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze their partners.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the weight of the selected indicators and score,so as to obtain the quantitative evaluation of partners,which can be used as a reference for future evaluation and cooperation.(4)This paper uses scenario simulation to test the platform’s organizational structure,data grading standards,and information display,and considers the use requirements of the project planning stage,design stage,and implementation stage to show the platform in practice.Accessibility and advantages in use.Further explore the optimization angle and shortcomings of the platform.
