Study On Management Method And Answer Of Bridge Maintenance

After systematical analysis of existing management problems in bridge maintenance in our country, the research is undertaken on four aspects as theory, resources, quality and safety, and answers are put forward accordingly on many means in this paper, of which including process reengineering, integrated management, total life cycle, human resource management , facility management , material management , fund management, time management , information management , quality control, quality improvement, safety control and safety improvement. The discipline background, features and system of management engineering of bridge maintenance are discussed and many ideas and conceptions are present in the paper, such as six module for bridge maintenance , virtual organization of bridge maintenance, BMWP, BMQC group and BMSC group. The figure information pool for bridge disease and the information answer pool for typical bridge maintenance are also set up.
