With the rapid advancement of my country’s transportation infrastructure construction,the investment cost and complexity of highway and bridge construction projects are getting higher and higher,and the management of large-scale highway and bridge construction projects is under great pressure in terms of quality,safety,and progress.The development of modern information technology provides a new opportunity to improve the efficiency and quality of engineering project management.The value of BIM technology and information collaboration technology in improving the level of project management has been recognized by the industry.This paper mainly focuses on the application of information technology in large-scale highway and bridge projects,aiming to realize intelligent,efficient and visual engineering project management,relying on a large-scale highway and bridge construction project in Shanghai,focusing on BIM technology,3D graphics engine technology,the integration of information collaboration technology and platform construction,mainly from three aspects to study the visual collaborative management platform of large-scale highway and bridge projects:Firstly,the overall demand of the visual collaborative management platform is studied.Based on the comparative analysis of the research status of infrastructure informatization management at home and abroad,the major and difficult problems in the management of largescale highway and bridge projects are systematically summarized,combined with the actual needs of the project.and characteristics,to determine the platform construction principles and goal orientation.Secondly,the key technologies of the visual collaborative management platform for engineering projects are studied.By systematically analyzing the basic theory,advantages and characteristics and cutting-edge application research of BIM technology,3D graphics engine technology,and information collaboration technology,and further combining the characteristics of large-scale highway and bridge construction projects,a large-scale road and bridge construction project is studied.The key technologies of infrastructure construction informatization,model lightweight,3D image visualization,and collaborative work environment construction,and developed a basic platform for visual collaborative management.Thirdly,the module design of the visual collaborative management platform for large-scale highway and bridge projects is studied.Based on the basic visual collaborative management platform and further combining the functional requirements of the platform,the management business modules such as panoramic display,basic data,design,progress,quality,safety,and personnel are carried out.Design and build,and optimize the management process and data flow.Finally,it analyzes and summarizes the application effect of the dependent project.Through the practical application of the whole-process management of all elements in a largescale highway and bridge project in Shanghai,it is verified that the large-scale highway and bridge project visual collaborative management platform can assist to a certain extent.Intelligent,efficient and visual management of projects under construction. |
