Research And Application Of Project Lifecycle Management Based On BIM Technology

Information construction is the goal trend of the development of the construction industry.Because of the lack of communication among the participants in the project construction,the information is losing in the process of transmission,which leads to the low efficiency of construction and the waste of material cost.In order to solve these problems effectively,China's engineering construction industry is gradually promoting the application of BIM technology.BIM is the attribute relationship that is passed through the building model to convey information and parameterize the process of project construction.Therefore,the application of BIM technology in the process of project construction will bring great innovation to the whole industry and cause the transformation of production mode.Based on the application of BIM technology in the life cycle management of the project,this paper introduces the concept and different modes of the whole life cycle management of the project,analyzes the theory and management dimension of the integrated management,discusses the meaning of the research on the whole life cycle integrated management,and sums up the letters of the various stages of the construction project.Information management,from the feasibility study phase to the operation and maintenance stage,and describes the BIM integrated information.This paper discusses the idea and function design of the information integrated management platform.The framework of the platform is designed as database layer,model management layer,information management layer and user layer.The application module of the platform is also designed as four application modules,and the key technologies in the construction process are discussed.Finally,the paper proves the feasibility of the application of BIM technology in the construction project through the actual case.Through the application module of the ITWO system,it manages the design model and calculation of the project,which marks the initial application of the construction project information integrated management platform.
