Study On The Daily Activities Of Old People In Old Residential Areas Under The Background Of Urban Renewal In Shanghai

Shanghai has entered a stage of deep aging at present,and the city has also entered the stage of urban renewal from large-scale urban construction.In the process of large-scale urban construction in the last thirty years,the living conditions of some old districts have been changed and some problems are reflected.There are still some of the old houses that can not be updated for the time being,and the living conditions are incompatible with modern life.How to put forward targeted transformation strategies for the elderly in the urban area in the next urban renewal process is a problem worth discussing.According to the different location,different types of community,the future in city renewal process,this paper selects four district: the Longmen village in Huangpu District,Zhang Garden in Jingan District,Lanyan Lane in Hongkou District and Jiang Jia bang in Yangpu District.Through understanding and comparing the shopping activities and leisure activities of the four old communities,we get the similarities and differences of the daily activities of the elderly in the old communities,and further analyze the influencing factors from the aspects of sociology,planning and environmental behavior.On this basis,suggestions for urban renewal are proposed for different types of communities.The paper contains five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,method and importance as well as perspectives of this study;the second chapter elaborates the theoretical basis and the selection for the case;the third chapter and the fourth chapter focus on the introduction and comparison for the elderly in all areas of shopping and leisure activities,and summarizing characteristics and laws of activities;the fifth chapter give the conclusion and suggestions for different areas of the city renewal.
