Research And Application Of The Correlation Between The Landscape Of Community And Outdoor Activities Of The Elderly

Our country is one of the countries with a relatively high degree of aging population in the world,to achieve the task that elderly have a sense of security and have something to be happy with is also most arduous.In early 2017,the State Council issued the "13th Five-Year Planning" about the national development cause of aging and construction of pension system,proposed to achieve a number of "active aging" goals by 2020.As an important place to live,communicate and exercise,the quality of the environment directly affects the desire and feel of the elderly,and also have an important influence on the success of "active aging".It has become one of the most important tasks that how to create an environment that can lead the elderly to live and exercise so as to realize the active intervention to the health of the elderly.This paper takes the environmental quality assessment of community and the characteristics of the elderly as the research object,using statistical correlation and regression analysis to explore the relationship between them.The environmental quality index that closely related to elderly outdoor activities is the focus of the elderly-oriented transformation,the paper proposed relevant health-aging-oriented transformation strategy based on this.The paper is divided into three parts and has six chapters.The first part is the basic theory study including chapter one and two.In chapter one,it mainly focuses on the research background and reviews the development history,types and methods of the research on community landscape environment and the outdoor activities of the elderly.At the same time,the research object and the main content of this paper are clarified.The chapter two is to sort out the relevant theory and research.Firstly,it defines the main concepts involved in the research.Secondly,the theory of environmental behavior,evidence based design,general design and other related theories are discussed.Finally,the physiological,psychological and activity characteristics of the elderly are analyzed in detail.The second part is the empirical research including chapter three to five.The chapter three systematically reviews the relevant domestic and international literature on community landscape environment,extracts the landscape environmental factors related to the activities of the elderly and constructs the evaluation index system of the community landscape environment.The fourth chapter is to develop the relevant research programs,including the development of data collection programs and data analysis.The chapter five is the statistical summary of the data and the conclusion analysis,and summarized key indicators which effect the elderly leisure and recreational activities.The third part is the application research.In this part,the paper takes the Song Yu Li community as an example,aimed at meeting the needs of the elderly and guiding the outdoor activities,and combined with the comprehensive evaluation of the community landscape environment and the conclusion of the empirical study in second part,the paper put forward the suggestions and measures for the Elderly-oriented transformation of the community landscape environment.The paper studies the inherent law between the community landscape environment and the outdoor activities of the elderly,and explores and discusses the key factors that can affect the outdoor activities of the elderly.It can provide reference data for the future construction of community landscape environment,and enhance the objectivity and scientificity of planning and design.
