Research On BIM Technical Engineering Management Of General Contractor Based On Nine-year Consistent School Project

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has entered a new era of fast lane modernization process,such as a pair of hands constantly pushing forward the progress of urbanization in China.The more obvious change is that traffic is more convenient and accessible,travel modes are diversified,and high-rise buildings stand in the forest.With the improvement of people's economic living standard and the requirement of all aspects of life,safety,comfort,beauty and economy have become important choices in terms of living environment.The development of national pillar industry construction industry is more prosperous under this background.However,the current management,technology and construction level of construction enterprises can not meet the current prosperity and development of the construction industry,and the external environment is not mature.The extensive construction market is not only relatively low in technology level,but also lacks a large number of professional talents.Therefore,the management means of construction enterprises must introduce new blood.A new technology BIM technology as a turning point of management innovation has come into being.BIM technology has risen in China for less than 20 years,and its advantages in management are also obvious.In the past ten years,BIM technology has made a new step in the informationization development of China's construction industry.The management,construction level,construction quality and benefit of construction enterprises have also been greatly improved.The country also pays more and more attention to the application of BIM technology,launches various policies to promote the technology,so that more construction enterprises get rid of backward management means,and promotes the development of BIM technology application.This paper mainly talks about the application of BIM technology in EPC mode of total contract management.After determining the background and significance of the topic,a large number of paper and electronic documents have been searched before and after.First,I introduced the research status,contents and methods at home and abroad,and the related theories of BIM technology.Then I introduced several general contracting modes in China,analyzed several main problems in the engineering management of general contracting,and expounded in detail the application of BIM technology to general contracting project management.The last part takes the application of BIM technology inEPC mode project of Lingshan Island Top Nine-Year School as an example to illustrate the economic benefits and practical experience of BIM technology application in project management.BIM technology has been gradually applied in various professional fields of construction industry,which has greatly improved the refinement of project management and the level of construction informatization in China,and also accelerated the development and transformation of science and technology in construction industry.However,after all,the time of introducing BIM technology in China is less than20 years.The application of BIM technology in all aspects of engineering is not mature,and the application of BIM technology in engineering needs further research and development.
