| With the development of the information domain, the information technology has been interpenetrated to the construction industry. As the pace of the construction project has been speeding up, the competition between construction enterprises has becoming more and more serious. Currently, the innovation of the construction industry is on the way and the route for transformation is much clear. In the 21 st century, the topic for construction industry is to use the information management system to improve the efficiency, normalization and level of the construction management. The fusion of information technology and engineering supplement management creates new management mode-supplement information management.As one part of the information management of the construction industry, the importance of supplement information management is more prominent than the quality management, technology management, cost management and schedule management. For the construction enterprises, they should keep up with the pace for innovation and transformation. And how to promote and combine the application of supplement information management with traditional supplement management has become an urgent task for the construction enterprises.This study consists of two parts:In chapter 1-2, we analyzed the present situation of information management system of the construction enterprises at home and abroad. And we summarized the methods for effectively carrying out the supplement information management for the construction enterprises.In chapter 3-6, we studied the methods to apply the supplement information management to the management of supplements for the construction industry, and summarized the practice management of the material resources, external suppliers,material prices, material plan, material purchase and material management in the supplement information management system. And we found that there are many problems existed in the supplement information management system. According to these findings, we had given suggestions to solve these problems and make the supplement information management system much better. |
