Human Resource management is vital for all companies irrespective of the company size as it plays a key role in employee's social performance.In this regard this study sought to examine how human resource management practices impact company's social performance.The study was based on Port Company in Guinea for the period 2018.To examine this relationship,this study identified variables such as;recruitment,training,evaluation,remuneration,involvement.To find out how human resource management practices impact company's social performance,this research considered questions such as;how do human resource management practices affect the performance in the Port of Guinea? What is the level of implementation of human resource management practices in the port of guinea?This study used Questionnaire to collected data from various departments of the company with the help of Directorate of human resources management.The collected data was sorted out and analyzed using SPSS software version 20.Result indicated that,HR practices does not significantly improve employee social performance.In addition,the study found that,recruitment,training,evaluation,remuneration and involvement were applied but to different levels,that is training and involvement were correctly applied while the other variables recruitment,evaluation and incentive compensation were less applied.
