| In the increasingly competitive environment,enterprises take product innovation as the primary task in order to continuously improve their innovation ability and maintain sustainable competitive advantages.However,the traditional way of innovation has many problems,such as high cost,long cycle and low success rate.Enterprises try to adopt iterative innovation models for product development to quickly respond to the market and launch products which satisfy the customers’ needs.However,most of the existing researches focus on the factors affecting the implementation of iterative innovation and its performance results,ignoring the discussion of the evolution and development process of innovation model from a dynamic perspective and failing to highlight the differences in the environment of firm.Based on the domestic and foreign theories of iterative innovation and organizational learning,this paper adopts take Gree as the case study object to discuss the impact of iterative innovation model on corporate strategic performance from the perspective of organizational learning.It is found that the development situation of enterprises is an important basis for the evolution of the iterative innovation mode.Adopting an appropriate iterative innovation approach can react to different complex and changeable external situations and improve the strategic performance of enterprises by reducing costs and increasing revenue.At the same time,the dynamic evolution of the organizational learning capability can effectively resolve the iterative innovation model of "dynamic circulation development,measurement,and cognitive” process,reorganize the advantages of resources by its iterative innovation process based on customer needs,and figure out the reason that iterative innovation model influences the performance of enterprise strategic path mechanism,realize the enterprise panoramic analysis of the evolution of iterative innovation model,and explore new paths. |
