The epidemic prevention and control may sustained for a long time and the uncertainty of economic pattern is increasing.At this background,organizational agility has won wide attention as a kind of ability to adapt to the external environment and regulate the organization flexibly and continuously.Organizational agility reflects the sensitivity and responsiveness of enterprises to the market,and the enterprises with highly organized agile would retain competitive advantage even in volatile market environment.The research on organizational agility focuses on analyzing the influence factors and promotion paths,but there is less research focuses on how could organizational agile optimize enterprise strategic performance,this paper is intended to analyze how to build organizational agility from the perspective of IT,and explore the path of organizational agile to enterprise strategic performance by discussing Haier Zhijia.Through the research,it is found that,with the help of IT,The enterprise improves the organization's ability to respond to customer needs through smooth customer interaction channels,intelligent and flexible on-demand production,and timely introduction of intelligent humanized products to improve the customer agility.Relying on high customer agility,the conversion rate of research and development input and output increases and the degree of product personalization increases,thus increasing profitability and growth in the financial dimension by virtue of the high-end market,enhancing customer stickiness in the customer dimension,and improving research and development capabilities in the learning and growth dimension.The enterprise improves operation agility by means of information interconnection and intercommunication between organizational units,real-time system evaluation and assessment,and adjustment and laying of new channels.Relying on high operational agility,enterprises unify business processes,optimize organizational decision-making early warning capabilities,open the learning channel for employee exchanges,actively explore transformation and development,so as to ensure solvency in the financial dimension,improve organizational management efficiency in the internal process dimension,help the transformation and upgrading of operational models,guide employee diversification and improve organizational vitality in the learning and growth dimension.Through the establishment of an ecological resource network,enterprises can obtain cutting-edge technology in the industry from partners in time,and cross-border cooperation and coordinated development can improve the cooperation agility.Relying on high cooperative agility,enterprises obtain cutting-edge technology from partners in a timely manner,maintain supply chain upstream and downstream relations,cooperative and innovative business models,open rich revenue channels in overseas markets in the financial dimension,ensure supply chain stability in the internal process dimension,absorb and learn from partner cutting-edge technology in the learning and growth dimension,and maintain the leading technology industry.The construction of organizational agility enhances the strategic performance of enterprises while also enhancing their competitiveness.The results of this paper expand the relevant theoretical research,extend the cognitive boundary of organizational agility and enterprise strategic performance,it also plays a guiding role for the other enterprises in the use of IT to build organizational agility and improve enterprise performance.
