Performance management is an important part of human resource management,plays a significant role in the development of enterprises.The scientific and reasonable performance management can help improve the overall competitive ability of enterprises,and maintain the sustainable development.This article is the research object of the electric power subsidiary company SY,the company has been reformed gradually to the market,self-management,self financing.As far as performance management is concerned,it has many problems such as the concept of performance management,the old management system become a mere formality,the lack of long-term strategic target,human resources management assessment index lack talent support,the formalization of performance management system focuses on the examination link,and so on.Although SY company has made many efforts to improve the performance management level,the implementation effect has not been achieved.Aiming at the problems of the performance management of SY company,this paper puts forward the optimization plan based on practicality and comprehensiveness.Practical embodies in the optimization of performance evaluation index system,gripper of the core competitiveness of the firm,analyze the strategic target,job analysis,and the layers of decomposition,using the theory of balanced scorecard,extract the key performance indicators of core department,the core position,the core employee,and weights adjustment specifications,makes a more scientific performance evaluation indexes,clear;Comprehensive reflects in the optimization of performance management process,improve the performance plans,performance implementation and management,performance evaluation,performance diagnosis and feedback content of each link,and put forward effective countermeasures and Suggestions accordingly.The article also puts forward the implementation of the scheme on safeguard measures,from the system,talent,culture and other aspects to discuss the expected effect optimization system,initially formed a set of standardized,efficient and practical performance management system.Through this study,this paper aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the continuous improvement of the performance management of SY company,and improve company performance management ability,promote enterprise's core competitiveness.At the same time,also hope that the research can provide reference for other similar electric power enterprise performance management.
