The proportion of nuclear power generation in Chinese energy structure is increasing year by year.However,the frequent occurrence of industrial safety accidents in the operation and overhaul of nuclear power plants in recent years reflects that nuclear power enterprises still have a large room for improvement in the management and control of high-risk operations of overhaul projects.In order to effectively reduce the incidence of industrial safety accidents in overhaul of nuclear power enterprises,probabilistic safety analysis methods and experience in nuclear safety management were introduced,which successfully provided a set of quantitative supplementary schemes for the management and control of high industrial security risk operations in overhaul of nuclear power enterprises.Through modeling and analysis,the critical step sequence of operation was determined and the corresponding preventive measures were developed to control the probability of industrial safety accidents in nuclear power plants within the allowable range.In this paper,based on the classification of high industrial security risk operations,PSA modeling theory and technology application in nuclear power plants,the design principle of high risk safety operations control in overhaul of nuclear power plants based on PSA is proposed.This paper introduces methods of PSA modeling analysis and control of high risk operation in overhaul of nuclear power plants.Its contentmainly includes: the systematic introduction of PSA model and modeling technology in the management and control of high industrial security risk operations,and modeling and analysis the example of second-level high industrial security risk operations in overhaul of nuclear power plants,the key step sequence of the operation was analyzed according to the accident prevention failure mode and probability calculation results,and corresponding preventive measures were formulated.Finally,the operation risk was controlled within the set CFP control index.The results show that the pertinence and effectiveness of the control measures are greatly improved,and no minor injury or serious injury accidents have been found in the site work.Meanwhile,the management and control process has been quantified,the management resources have been scientifically utilized,and the work performance of industrial safety supervisors has been improved.It opens up a new vision of scientific management and control of high industrial security risk operations.The approval degree of supervised staff is significantly improved,which improves the industrial safety level.Therefore,the control method of high industrial security risk operations in overhaul of nuclear power plants based on PSA in this paper can be widely extended to other industrial enterprises and has potentially broad application.
