The Research On Risk Analysis And Safety Culture Onstruction Of CAP1000 Nuclear Power Plant

Why should we invest in nuclear power projects,what is a quality nuclear power project,and how to build high quality nuclear power project? Nuclear power is a safe,clean and efficient green energy has been widely recognized in the electrical industry,while nuclear power development to a certain extent represents the level of industrial modernization of a country.The development of nuclear power is an important basis which maintains and improves the strength of China's nuclear industry,and stabilizes and expands the ranks of scientific and technological personnel.The development of nuclear power is an important way to build China's strong national defense,further enhance China's status as a big country and build a strong country in peace.The development of nuclear power is an important strategic measure to promote modernization,strengthen the country and enhance the overall national strength.Nuclear power construction is like a battle.As the saying goes,only when you know your enemy and yourself can you fight forever.We need to have a clear understanding of the above three issues.We should unify our thinking,which is the direction of our work.We must unite all forces that can be United and build a common belief that safety first and quality first is the key to our victory in this battle.This paper discusses the choice of hazard source identification method on the basis of expounding the present situation,planning,characteristics and existing problems of nuclear power industry in China,focused on the risk and nuclear safety culture of the nuclear power plant construction period of CAP 1000,and uses the hazard knowledge and risk evaluation system through combing the risk assessment method of hazard source identification and the problem existing in the risk source identification method of CAP1000 nuclear island.This paper focuses on the project pre-programmers production,as a risk relative to the construction of nuclear power plants important impact,in aspect of preliminary design,equipment selection,the formulation of the Pre-project plan,design review,equipment supervision,factory acceptance,equipment transportation and storage,equipment installation and system flushing and commissioning for the project of CAP1000 nuclear power plant,herein the main risks and preventive measures of are discussed in the period of construction.According to the construction characteristics of the nuclear reactor construction project,introduce the risk by means of system engineering,and extend the thinking to use “innovative,coordination,green,open,and sharing's five major development ideologies.Meanwhile,under the guidance of The Belt and Road's initiative,China's nuclear power industry will be guided to develop in Guangxi province along the maritime Silk Road in the 21 st century and around the world.It is believed that this will be a reference for the sustainable development of nuclear power in China.
