Equipment manufacturing industry is the core and pillar of manufacturing industry,is the basic industry of social and economic development,is the basic condition of industrial upgrading and technological progress in various industries.The highly developed equipment manufacturing industry realizes the necessary condition of industrial intelligentization,and it is also the concentrated embodiment of a country's technical level and comprehensive national strength.After decades of national policy support and development,China's equipment manufacturing industry has formed a full range of industrial groups with a large industry scale.In recent years,equipment manufacturing enterprises in the development process exposed a high level of talent shortage,high-level management faults,the loss of core staff and other issues,seriously affecting the development of enterprises.Located in the northwest of the motherland,Gansu province,because of the remote geographical location,economic development level is backward and other factors,the equipment manufacturing industry is facing the problem of staff turnover is even more serious.I fully understand the background of the establishment of LANWL company and the status quo of development,combined with the development process of enterprises,development characteristics,investigate the current situation of enterprise turnover,understand enterprise response measures,explore the views of enterprise managers on this issue,through the definition of personnel loss,analysis of the deep causes of staff turnover,staff loss to individuals,enterprises.The impact of society,combined with the research theory of employee churn at home and abroad,taking the staff turnover of LANWL Enterprises from 2011 to 2018 as an example,Mandumai,analyzes the loss of staff in equipment manufacturing enterprises,deeply probes into the causes of staff turnover in equipment manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward the optimization of enterprise human resource management in view of this problem,Improve the employment of personnel,skills training,compensation and benefits,performance appraisal,separation system and other aspects of the way of work,improve the retention rate of high-quality employees,staff turnover rate to control within a reasonable range.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research method,investigation interview method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,which are discussed in the way of "qualitative","quantitative" and "empirical" according to the logic of "ask questions-analyze problems-solve problems".This paper hopes to take LANWL Enterprise as an example,analyze the staff turnover problem faced by equipment manufacturing enterprises and the Enlightenment brought by modern human resource management,solve the real problems faced by LANWL Enterprises,and provide reference for the loss of employees in the whole industry,improve the level of human resources management of enterprises,and promote the comprehensive development of enterprises.
