The Effectiveness Analysis Of Human Capital Affects The Upgrading Of The Equipment Manufacturing Industry

This paper uses the method which combines theoretical research and empirical research.In the theoretical part,we conclude that human capital has an impact on the equipment manufacturing industry,then we deduce its’ internal upgrading mechanism.which includes the direct path that human capital is directly involved in the production of equipment manufacturing industry and human capital can gain knowledge through"Learning through working",continuing to receive education and the externality of enhancing the level of human capital in the industrial chain,and continue to accumulate human capital in order to transform technology into intellectual capital which can be put into production the indirect path to promote the level of industrial structure advancement and resource intensification,then we put forward two inferences which the internal structure of human capital has an impact on the upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,which still need to be verified.In the empirical part,we do research from four dimensions,including the degree of the whole industries advancement,the degree of industrial intensification,industry scale indicators,industrial chain advancement,then we build equipment manufacturing industry industrial upgrading factor based on different regions.We explore the influence of human capital on the upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry based on eastern economic area,middle economic area and western economic area in the framework of a C-D production function with constant scale of return,the results show that the level of human capital plays a positive role in the upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.In the regression of human capital on return,except the western part of China,the lowest level of education for the human capital equipment manufacturing industry requires is high school level.From the regression of human capital on the industrial advancement and intensification,only in the eastern region,the effect of human capital with higher education is larger than those only with the high school education.
