In recent years,with the increasingly prosperity and prosperity of the country and the deepening of knowledge economy,tal ents serve as the most important scarce resource between the advanced management model and scientific management concept in the 21 st century,the carrier of scientific management concept and the competition of enterprises.At the September 2021 Central Tal ent Work Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "the implementation of the strategy of strengthening talents in the new era".At the same time,the good operation and development of the enterprise should ultimately rely on the talents.Only by grasping the talents well,can we rely on the brand and reputation of the enterprise to win the market competition and market influence.However,at the present stage,many state-owned enterprises have a relatively serious talent drain phenomenon,and the lack of talent attraction weakens the technology and market competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the above background,in order to effectively solve the talent loss dilemma encountered in the transformation from a traditional manufacturing industry to a new green manufacturing industry,the article adopts a comprehensive incentive model to analyze the deep-seated causes of the talent loss problem.The main reasons of the talent loss are attributed to insufficient internal and external incentive problems including the transformation of comprehensive incentive,lack of talent challenge to reduce comprehensive incentive system,systematic talent training mechanism;external incentive problems include mismatch between salary system and comprehensive incentive target,inadequate comprehensive incentive dual career planning,Yutong assessment mechanism does not match the comprehensive incentive strategy.The article puts forward the comprehensive incentive countermeasures of professional and technical tale nt loss,from the traditional work incentive value,strengthen the company core attract and build a perfect talent selection training system,perfect talent compensation incentive mode,structure comprehensive incentive talent dual career path,build comprehensive incentive performance evaluation mechanism.On the one hand,it provides a decision-making basis for reducing the technical talent loss of Yutong enterprises,and on the other hand,it also provides reference and reference for Chinese traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises to solve the problem of enterprise technical talent loss.
