Research On Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Of Scientific And Technological Human Resource Agglomeration And Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Industry

With the development of economic globalization,the level of technological development has become an important factor in evaluating a country’s competitive strength,and scientific and technological human resources are the key to determining the level of technological development.The deep integration of a new generation of information technology and manufacturing is triggering profound industrial changes.The domestic smart equipment industry is maintaining a rapid growth trend.Xi’an has always been one of the important industrial bases of China’s equipment manufacturing,and it has a large number of high-tech industrial resources.It will provide strong support for the upgrade of "intelligent manufacturing".In the context of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the national strategy of opening to the west,Xi’an will gain huge development opportunities from it and become a hot spot for the gathering,cultivation and development of scientific and technological human resources.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the coordinated development of science and technology human resources and intelligent manufacturing equipment industry in Xi’an.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the current research status of domestic and international scientific and technological human resource agglomeration and intelligent manufacturing equipment industry development,and expounds the relevant theories of scientific and technological human resource agglomeration and intelligent manufacturing equipment industry.Secondly,it analyzes the interaction mechanism between the agglomeration of scientific and technological human resources and the development of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry,and analyzes the interactive relationship between the internal interaction mechanism and external influencing factors of the agglomeration of scientific and technological human resources and the development of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry.Thirdly,for the two subsystems of scientific and technological human resource agglomeration and intelligent manufacturing equipment industry development level,the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed respectively,and the measurement model of the coordinated development of scientific and technological human resource agglomeration and intelligent manufacturing equipment industry is constructed.On this basis,an empirical study was conducted on the current situation of the development of science and technology human resources in Xi’an and the development of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry and the coordination between the two.Finally,combining the problems existing in the coordinated development of science and technology human resources in Xi’an and the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry,suggestions are provided to provide guidance for improving the coordinated development of science and technology human resources in Xi’an and the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry.The research shows that,first,the aggregation of scientific and technological human resources and the development of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry is a positive feedback interactive process,and their interactive mechanisms are divided into internal mechanisms and external influences.Second,in recent years,the level of science and technology human resource aggregation and the development level of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry in Xi’an have been continuously improved,but the level of science and technology human resource aggregation and the development level of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry are still poor.The coordination between the two is low and has not yet entered Good coordination phase.Third,it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of the two from the three aspects of improving the scientific and technological human resource agglomeration system,optimizing the development environment of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry,and increasing overall coordination.
