Talents are the important factor for enterprises' further development,no matter for the reason of enterprise's strategy or the complete of annual business performance target.Enterprises should try to attract and retain talents,avoid brain drain,so as to develop better.This paper studies on the R&D brain drain of Luoyang Zhongshou Machinery & Equipment Co.,Ltd.in order to help the enterprise to find the reasons of R&D brain drain,propose the effective measures to avoid brain drain.The study was carried out though questionnaire survey,interview,comparative analysis and other methods.The questionnaire respondents include 62 lost R&D talents.46 in-service talents,1 top manager and 3 management personnel were interviewed.Through the data analysis from questionnaire survey and interview,the reasons for the brain drain are mainly include the factors of enterprise,those of talents and external factors.In particular,the factors are unreasonable salary design,difficult job promotion,lagging HR management,imperfect corporate culture ect.The reasons of R&D talents are the expectation of being overpaid,poor adaptability,personal emotion problem.The external reasons are job view from college and parents,unbalanced regional economic development,theory of talent flow form scholars.For the above reasons,measures are targeted proposed from factors of enterprise,R&D talents and the external,so as to improve the R&D brain drain and cut enterprise's loss.The enterprise should reform personnel management,introduce talents,establish a long-term talent training mechanism,optimize salary,establish fair promotion and talent pool,develop corporate culture.Individuals should establish a correct concept of employment and improve their ability to adapt to the environment.It is hoped that it can be used for reference to solve the problem of brain drain in R&D of the enterprise and reduce the loss of brain drain.
