Research On The Selection Of Leading Industry In Equipment Manufacturing And Breeding Countermeasures In Gansu Province

In this paper,according to the situation of the development of equipment manufacturing industry in gansu province,sorting out the 11 th five-year plan to the twelfth five-year(2006-2015)during the period of industry data,first apply TFP(Total Factor the Productivity)method,set up fixed assets investment,employment,industrial production workers three gross index,then use deviation-Share Analysis(Shift-Share Analysis),build Share component(the national growth effect),structure deviation component(the industrialmix effect)and competitiveness deviation component(the competitive effect)three indicators,respectively to measure the equipment manufacturing industry leading industries in gansu province.Through the comparison of the two methods,metal products,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing and communication equipment were finally determined.Computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry was determined as the leading industry.Finally draw lessons from the successful experience of developed countries,combining the actual situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in gansu province,for nurturing has determined the leading industry of countermeasures from the government support,technological innovation,industrial park construction,industrial cluster,financial finance,fiscal and taxation support,state-owned enterprises reform,talents construction,brand strategy,achievements transformation and other aspects has carried on the rational planning respectively,the feasible policy Suggestions are given.
