Along with the frequent flow of trained personnel between enterprises under the new economic environment,facing the phenomenon of employee's departure,leaving brings to the enterprise "and" how to play the positive role,to the maximum extent and reduce its negative influence,whether through the perfect management system,production safety and improve the professional management level,is the unit of human resources managers are faced with the problem.For employee turnover of state-owned power generation enterprises,this paper analysis the related effects of resignation to the company within the scope of,and puts forward some corresponding measures.Generation X company is our country since the founding of one of the earliest a batch of old coal-fired power plant,there is a lack of senior management personnel,senior technical personnel,senior technical talents such as sanduo three little phenomenon,and the general managers,mastering the low technical personnel and workers more commonly.Senior talents do not leave because of various reasons,job-hopping happen at any time,and the general staff mainly by natural attrition,old power plant overall staff exceed phenomenon is serious.Some of the new plant as the adjustment of energy structure of the brain drain is more common.Under the condition of market economy,the normal flow of talent for an enterprise to optimize the talent structure,changing the concept of enterprise management is beneficial.But if the brain drain is too frequent,the flow is too big,the company continues to have an impact and smooth background,especially play an important role in the company,grasp the key technology and confidential company management elite,technical personnel frequent job hopping,the company should be careful when reflect the company's system and strategy,reason the loss of talent,determined to prevent the brain drain management a series of policies and measures.The study lasts from X power generation company in recent years the employee turnover,in the face of the characteristics of the company,in the organization and management of employees,staff structure,the brain drain effect on the development of the company and the original research of brain drain,using questionnaire survey,collecting relevant data,analyze the problem of brain drain phenomenon,combined with relevant theory of management,formulate a set of theory with practice and maneuverability is strong response,the company excellent manpower and material resources,financial resources effective integration,improve the work of the staff enthusiasm and creativity.
