Meteorological instruments are indispensable professional equipment for meteorological work such as meteorological forecast and monitoring.With the development of China's economy and society,meteorological instruments not only provide basis for 24-hour weather analysis and forecast by meteorological departments,but also are more widely used in ecological environmental protection,transportation,agricultural production,scientific research,national defense and other fields,with an increasing demand.Therefore,this paper holds that the correct formulation and effective implementation of development strategies are of great value for meteorological instrument manufacturers to win competitive advantages and achieve successful management in the complex and changeable market environment.This paper studies the development strategy of Jilin sky-axe meteorological technology co.,ltd.The main content is to comprehensively and objectively analyze its development status,existing problems and reasons as well as its current strategic environment,and use the relevant theories of strategic management to formulate its development strategy and safeguard measures.In the first chapter,this paper first elaborates the research background,mainly introduces the development history of the meteorological instrument industry in which Jilin sky-axe meteorological technology co.,ltd.is located,and explains the current industry development trends from the perspectives of foreign and domestic markets.In the process of studying domestic and foreign literatures,this paper mainly studies and introduces the development of meteorological instrument industry,enterprise development strategy and the status quo of foreign strategy research.Based on the comparative study of strategy formulation,implementation,evaluation and other relevant theories,this paper determines the adoption of Oriental strategic framework for strategic analysis,and comprehensively considers the needs of enterprise strategic development from the perspectives of corporate vision and mission,strategic objectives,corporate strategy,business strategy and functional strategy.In the second chapter,this paper introduces the general situation,development status,existing problems and reasons of Jilin sky-axe meteorological technology co.,ltd.In the third chapter,by analyzing the Jilin sky-axe meteorological science and technology co.,ltd.,the internal and external environment,the research of its external opportunities and threats faced,combing its own advantages and disadvantages,and by the model of porter five put together a large number of relevant factors,the competition of the meteorological instrument market comprehensive analysis,and finally,using the SWOT analysis method to determine the appropriate strategic direction.In the fourth chapter,it mainly defines the development vision and mission,strategic objectives,corporate strategy,business strategy and functional strategy of Jilin sky-axe meteorological technology co.,ltd.,and studies the development strategy selection,strategy implementation and safeguard measures based on the actual situation of the enterprise.In short,this paper believes that the development strategy of enterprises is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises.Although Jilin sky-axe meteorological technology co.,ltd.has many shortcomings,it also has its own advantages over other enterprises.As long as it makes scientific strategic planning and puts it into practice,it will still have broad space for development in the future.At the same time,it is hoped that this paper can be used for reference by other domestic meteorological instrument manufacturers in defining the strategic development direction and formulating the strategic development plan.
