The management of landscape greening industry has also undergone tremendous changes.After the formal cancellation of the qualification approval of landscape greening enterprises in 2017,the entry threshold of landscape greening industry has been lowered.It has attracted many enterprises to enter.There are not only some private enterprises with excellent capital and technology,but also some state-owned enterprises and listed enterprises with abundant capital and more relations.At the same time,there are also small and medium-sized enterprises with flexible operation and low cost operation.With the increase of peer enterprises,the industry competition is more fierce.In the current context,the landscape industry will inevitably have a huge impact on the business enterprises,will also usher in a new round of shuffling,how to survive in the new industry environment and achieve development,is a serious consideration for each enterprise.In the next few years,with the adjustment of the national macro-policy and the development,it is bound to bring tremendous opportunities and challenges to landscape enterprises.Enterprises need to review the situation,seize the development opportunities,realize the strategic transformation and business upgrading of enterprises,and achieve sustained and rapid development.Established in April 2001,JK garden co.,LTD is a comprehensive business company,which mainly engages in the business of flower seedling planting marketing,landscaping construction,and landscape planning.It can be said to be the representative of the development of landscape companies in recent years,which can show the changing tendency of the industry.In this analysis,through the research of JK Garden Company,comprehensive content of enterprise strategic management,using the five-force model and PEST research enterprise environment,the internal conditions of the enterprise are studied from the perspectives of management capability,resource quality and talent cost.Through the use of market synergy/maturity,BCG matrix and SWOT research methods,the functional layer strategy,business strategy and corporate strategy that consistent with the future development of the enterprise are defined.Finally,it points out the specific methods to ensure the implementation of development strategy from the aspects of shaping corporate culture,developing human resources,planning encouragement and supervision policies and strengthening organizational leadership.This paper hopes that through the analysis of the development status of JK Garden Company,it can provide some assistance to enterprises in the same or similar situation,so as to promote the efficient development of the whole industry.
