Research On Post Occupancy Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Waterscape In Tianjin Residential Area Based On Residents’ Preference

In recent years,people’s living environment has not only been widely concerned,but also the demand is constantly improving,and residents are the core driving force for the continuous improvement of living environment.Since ancient times,the construction of water features in residential areas has been the most important part of people’s living environment.Therefore,residents are not only the demanders of building water features,but also the promoters of improving water features.Therefore,the feedback and realization of residents’ preference play a crucial role in the optimization and improvement of residential waterscape.This paper investigates the new type of residential waterscape in Tianjin,and through the research shows that there are many problems in the current situation of waterscape,which are mainly reflected in the neglect of the value and role of residents’ preference will in the construction of waterscape,and the deficiency and deficiency of residential waterscape in natural,functional and spiritual aspects.These problems not only make the waterscape lose its original purpose and use function,but also become the main reason for the decrease of residents’ satisfaction evaluation of waterscape.In order to comply with the residents’ preferences promotion satisfaction,demand from the residents’ preferences as a breakthrough point,the paper by the method of POE and conduct the thorough research to the residential area waterscape in tianjin: first of all,the demand for the residents of the residential area waterscape preference,to made a careful study and waterscape form and function,for the next phase than in situation of residential area waterscape design in tianjin laid a theoretical foundation.Then,four representative new residential waterscape in Tianjin were selected to collect information such as field survey and questionnaire survey on residents’ preferences.This paper analyzes and evaluates the general situation,function,use status,factors affecting residents’ satisfaction and importance of POE elements.Then AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to deduce and calculate the weight ratio of the importance degree of each factor in the evaluation factors of residential waterscape,and the consistency test is carried out for the conclusion data.POE was used to establish the evaluation index system of waterscape of Tianjin residential area for residents’ preference,and the final evaluation of four samples was made according to the evaluation system.Finally,based on POE comprehensive evaluation results,comprehensive waterscape strategies for residential areas are summarized in detail in the evaluation review,and prominent problems are deduced:lack of waterscape in winter;No good waterscape site management system;Insufficient safety awareness of waterscape;The lack of barrier-free facilities in waterscape;Lack of functional requirements for hydrophilic interaction;The lack of educational and scientific elements in waterscape design;Spiritual needs and good-neighborly needs of the design gap.According to this problem,the optimization design strategy of tianjin residential waterscape is put forward,which provides feasible design direction and reference method for Tianjin residential waterscape.In conclusion,with the enrichment of POE theory and improvement of POE methods,POE could be promoted to build practical evaluation systems for space sites in a wide range of landscape categories,including residential waterscape,so that landscape design creation could have more practical cases to learn from or follow and realize evolutionary innovative design.
