The Research And Optimization Strategy Of Post Occupancy Evaluation On Beidaihe Coastal Open Park

With the improvement of the living standards of the people,the tourism industry has also flourished.Focusing on how to improve the attractiveness of the city,the domestic coastal cities have launched fierce competition*Under this situation,Beidaihe,a veteran coastal tourism city,is also facing the pressure of urgent transformation.As the center of the combination of the ocean landscape and the surrounding land,the importance of the coastal landscape is self-evident.The value of the open-air park in the coastal area has gradually become more prominent,and it has become one of the most important activities for users in the coastal area.On the other hand,the research and application of post-use evaluation(POE)has been relatively mature in foreign countries,and many related studies have been carried out in China,but there are few references to the evaluation of coastal open parks.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of POE method for the samples of Binhai Open Park in Beidaihe,analyze the research objects and summarize the existing literature theories,conduct detailed investigation and analysis on the research objects,and obtain the comprehensive assessment results of the use status.To sumnarize the status quo problem and propose an optimization strategy.Provide reference for the design of Binhai Park and provide some reference for post-use evaluation theory in relevant regions.The main process of this study is divided into four stages:preparation work-process implementation-result refinement-proposed strategy.In the preliminary preparation,taking Beidaihe Binhai Open Park as the research object,a lot of exploration and research were carried out,using POE theory research and other methods,from the comfort and convenience of the venue,the safety of the venue,the demand for recreational activities and the elements of aesthetics and knowledge.Aspects build a set of POE evaluation factors.During the implementation of the process,an in-depth and comprehensive survey and interview of the seven coastal open park classification groups on the Beidaihe coastal tourism route was conducted to understand the site information,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the basic information,usage methods and subjective satisfaction evaluation of the users..Based on the survey data,the use status of the open-air park in the coastal area was analyzed,and the comprehensive analysis results were obtained.Finally,based on the analysis results,the status quo of the site is refined,and the optimization strategy is proposed to provide data and theoretical reference for the construction and renovation of the open-plan park in the urban comprehensive park.
