Abstract/Summary:
A Power Generation Company as the only professional branch of B grid enterprise is responsible for the power grid business.The management level of the company is on behalf of the business management level of the power grid,and the nature of the company’s work service object and organization performance evaluation standard have obvious differences compared with other power grid company.So,it needs to set the benchmark global vision,to keep up with the advanced power generation enterprises at home and abroad,combined with the practice,to find out a management innovation in line with the characteristics of power generation company road.In the initial stage of power generation enterprise innovation,how to improve the performance indicators of the organization especially the key indicators to improve employee productivity is a difficult problem to be solved.In order to enhance the company’s organizational performance and achieve the strategic objectives of the company,optimized research is done which focuses on the two aspects of organization structure improvement and organization’s performance evaluation system.First,based on the related theory about the optimization of the organizational structure and organizational performance evaluation,the currently operating management status of A Power Generation Company is summarized.Through benchmarking analysis this thesis points out the main problems in the field of management in the company.Then,the diagnosis and optimization of the organization structure of A Power Generation Company is studied.The integration mode of generator maintenance center and the adjusting organization structure mode of the under constructing or operating are pointed out.Also,it points out the main work and the necessary functions to build the hardware platform of remote diagnosis and the remote diagnosis system software.This thesis also emphasizes on the employee needs for technical training and mental guidance during the organizational reform.Next,the thesis establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of organizational performance,given the meaning of the indicators and quantitative assessment methods,the present and future completion data of the company’s main indicators is calculated.And the positive effects of the company’s optimized structure on the organizational performance are also proved.Last,some management recommendations to improve the organizational performance are presented.
