At the moment,China is in a critical period of new urbanization development.Domestic architectural design companies and related real estate markets will face a new round of industrial changes.At the same time,along with economic transformation and upgrading,Related companies also need to further deepen the process of marketization.Under this situation,the organizational transformation of the architectural design industry is the trend of the times.Only seize the opportunity,go with the trend,take the initiative to cater to the new trend of economic development,improve the corporate management system,standardized business model,innovative science and technology development,transform and upgrade the business models and so on.Adhere to the development direction of marketization,fundamentally improve core competitiveness,they can meet the challenges of the future.This paper takes the S.provincial architectural design institute,which is the famous comprehensive architectural design institute in China,as the research object.Using literature references,surveys,comparative studies,model analysis,etc.By applying the theoretical and practical results of organizational reform,have made a comprehensive summary of the importance and objectivity of the organizational transformation in the architectural design industry in the existing domestic and foreign literatures.Deepen into the corporate governance mechanism,organizational culture and organizational structure,collected data on relevant successful cases for inductive analysis,compared with the subject.With the help of the classic management model PEST analysis,carry out the overall analysis of the political,economic,social,technological and other macro-environment of external development.Detailed analysis of the architectural design industry environment through the Porter Five Force Model.Combine field research,questionnaires and interview results,Summarize the management mode,organizational structure,human resources status,business status,organizational culture and other factors of the S.provincial architectural design institute.Through theoretical analysis,combined with practical research,Outline the opportunities and threats of external environmental,Advantages and disadvantages.Conducting research results by using the SWOT model,raising organizational change to the level of strategic guidance.Develop a scientific and effective organizational change strategy based on its analysis results.Starting from improving the governance structure and organizational structure,strengthening the construction of standardized standards system,improving the management ability of management,establishing a management system,optimizing the allocation of human resources,and sharing resources,due to provide specific implementation methods for organizational reform.Simultaneously,fully promote propaganda,strengthen organizational culture,improve human resource management,continue to pay attention to doing a good job in basic management,and accelerate the construction of information technology,in order to correspond guarantees for the smooth progress of organizational reform?According to the conclusion of this paper,It is believed that the S.provincial architectural design institute can foster strengths and avoid weaknesses,seize opportunities to avoid risks,and provide a powerful practical guidance basis for dealing with fierce market competition.I hope that the research results of this paper can have certain reference significance,and can provide some enlightenment when other architectural design companies make organizational reforms.
