| The vigorous rise of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data has prompted enterprises to upgrade and transform the whole industrial chain with the help of digital technology in R & D,production and sales.With the increasing digitalization of customers in the downstream of the value chain,the reverse demand urges enterprises in the upstream of the value chain to build digital platforms and carry out digital transformation.However,strategic transformation requires appropriate organizational conditions in order to play its due potential.Therefore,under the background of digital transformation,the company needs to find the problems of organizational structure according to the changes of internal and external environment and the current strategy of the company,and timely change the organizational structure.This thesis takes DGM Company as the main research object.Firstly,it uses the situation analysis method to analyze the environment in which the company is located,and defines the new strategic positioning of the company.Secondly,the development process of the company is sorted out,and the problems of the organizational structure under the background of digital transformation are analyzed,such as the inconsistency between the structure setting and the company’s strategic objectives,and the neglect of the profit effect of the structure setting.Then it analyzes the necessity of organizational structure change from the perspective of the company’s strategic needs,external environmental needs and internal environmental needs.Thirdly,it provides specific solutions for the organizational structure change of DGM,focusing on the objectives,principles,ideas,new organizational structure design,the implementation of the change plan and the steps of the change.Finally,it analyzes the possible resistance of this organizational structure reform,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and safeguard measures.The purpose of this thesis is to make the company clear its strategic positioning under the background of digital transformation,solve the problems faced by the company with the solution of organizational structure change,promote the realization of strategic objectives and vision,and seek higher quality development through in-depth study of DGM. |
