| Strategic decides structure.When the strategic positioning of the enterprise is adjusted,its organizational structure must be adjusted and optimized accordingly.By reviewing related literature,this paper systematically summarizes the theories related to organizational structure,comparatively studies the advantages and disadvantages of different types of organizational structure,and puts forward the general principles,objectives,methods and main contents about optimal design of organizational structure.On the basis of a thorough understanding of the basic situation,external development environment and new strategic positioning of DN Power Company,through interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyses the problems existing in the current organizational structure of DN Power Company,including mismatching with its new strategic positioning,insufficient specialization and intensive management,and duplicating allocation of resources etc.and further analyses their reasons.According to the theories about optimal design of organizational structure,combining DN company’s new strategic positioning and sorting out its key business processes,the organizational forms of the company and its branches are analyzed and determined.That is to say,DN company’s headquarters and its mature business sectors,such as hydro power,new energy and engineering construction,adopt functional structure and synchronously simplify and merge the original institutions to achieve intensive and specialized management;new rising business and market-oriented business adopt business department structure to enhance flexibility in order to better adapt to external environment and market changes;at the same time,the power list and institutional system are designed to further improve the level of standardized management.Finally,the implementation plan and guarantee measures of organizational structure optimization are put forward as well. |
