| The great industrial development in the last century led to great changes in the layout of urban planning,economic development,and social values.With the advent of the post-industrial era,the industrial industry gradually went into recession,and various problems brought about by the rapid development of the past 100 years gradually emerged.The once splendid old urban center area gradually declined,and the issue of industrial heritage reconstruction and reuse has received more and more attention.After more than 10 years of development,China's industrial heritage renewal research has formed a certain theoretical research system.However,compared with the western half century's research results,it is still somewhat immature,therefore,the development experience of the Western industrial heritage for 50 years should still be e is summarized.Based on this,a set of transformation renewal strategies suitable for the current status of China's industrial heritage will be developed.This article focuses on the strategy of dealing with the relationship between old and new elements in the process of industrial heritage renovation and renovation,taking Philosophy of Symbiosis as the starting point,and extracting the core spirits of “intermediary domain” and “sanctuary” in symbiotic thinking as the guiding ideology for dealing with the relationship between old and new elements.From the city level and architecture level,the symbiosis design strategy of the industrial heritage transformation will be discussed and taking this as a framework,the design plan for the renovation of the north industrial heritage of the Hutchison Factory workshop will be analyzed.This article is divided into two parts,the first part is text discussion.The first chapter is the introduction discussing the research significance of this topic,briefly analyzing current research status of domestic and foreign industrial heritage renovation and renovation as well as the related concept of historical building protection renovation,proposing the research method and research framework of this article.The second chapter explains the transformation and updating of industrial heritage,discusses the urgency of industrial heritage transformation and renewal and the basic principles of industrial heritage value judgment.Based on this,it adopts different methods of transforming different levels of industrial heritage,summarizes the current Chinese mainstream transformation and updating theory and technical means.The third chapter is the explanation of the symbiosis design under the renewal environment of industrial heritage;analyzes the development process of the Philosophy of Symbiosis and the core spirits “intermediary domain” and “sanctuary” and reinterpret the meaning of them by correlating them with the updated words of the industrial heritage to reinterpret in the context.The fourth chapter is the industrial heritage symbiosis design strategy,taking the symbiosis ideology as the guiding ideology,combining concrete cases to analyze the design methods and strategies of the Symbiosis of old and new elements from the urban level and the architectural level.The fifth chapter is the renovation and renewal project of the north industrial heritage of Hutchison Factory in Nanjing.From the overall planning level of the Hutchison Factory line,it discusses its renovation and renewal plan.From the perspective of the north single-factory building,it discusses its development history,status quo,and value evaluation as well as the specific design plan from the perspective of symbiotic design.The next part is the text of the plan to reconstruct the North Single-factory Building of Hutchison Factory.This article takes the symbiosis thought as a guide,the construction of the theoretical framework and detailed case analysis as the method,elaborates the renewal symbiosis design strategy of industrial heritage transformation,and applies it to practical construction cases,in the hope of providing new ideas update for the industrial heritage renovation. |
