| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the continuous expansion of cities and the transformation of economic structure,a large number of domestic factories have been forced to stop production,and the closed factories and plants have not been properly disposed of,leading to many industrial heritage left behind in many regions of China.In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,due to the lack of research and attention on industrial heritage,many industrial heritage were directly demolished or rebuilt.Later,with the introduction of the concept of transformation and reuse of western industrial heritage into China,it was spread and discussed by domestic scholars in the industry,which raised the attention of industrial heritage.Therefore,domestic research on the transformation and reuse of industrial heritage began.The transformation and reuse of industrial heritage is beneficial to the continuation of the city’s industrial spirit and the inheritance of industrial culture.At the same time,it can effectively preserve the original architectural style of industrial heritage;Improve the surrounding ecological environment;Create urban landmarks;Continue the urban industrial context;Reduce the economic cost of construction;Effectively shorten the construction period;Improve regional economic income;Promote the development of cities.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background of industrial heritage;The current research status of industrial heritage at home and abroad is compared and analyzed;The related concepts of industrial heritage and symbiosis are elaborated,and the overall framework of the thesis is constructed on this basis.Secondly,this thesis conducts a systematic investigation and analysis of the industrial heritage that has been transformed and reused in China,including four typical cases: Beijing 798 Art District,Wuhan Hanyang Art Making District,Shanghai Tianzifang Creative Industrial Park,and Shenyang Dongmao Library Times Park.From the perspective of symbiosis,the following three parts are investigated:the external space of industrial heritage;Industrial heritage landscape space;Industrial heritage building space.After mastering the relevant data,through summary and analysis,the existing problems of industrial heritage are concluded: the spatial function of industrial heritage is unitary;Homogenization of transformation methods;Fragmentation of cultural heritage;Environmental space depolarization and other issues lay the foundation for the adaptive transformation and reuse design optimization strategy of industrial heritage space in the following article.Thirdly,through the construction of the symbiotic system,aiming at the existing problems of the adaptive transformation and reuse of the industrial heritage space in China,the spatial adaptive transformation and reuse of the external space,landscape space and architectural space of the industrial heritage are studied.Through the aspects of spatial structure,architectural style,human behavior,landscape environment,landscape logo,traffic streamline,spatial function,symbiotic environment,symbiotic mode,symbiotic unit,etc.,the design optimization strategy has been made for the adaptive transformation and reuse of domestic industrial heritage space in the external space,landscape space,and architectural space,It is expected to provide new design ideas and methods for industrial heritage parks that have not been transformed and reused or will be transformed and reused in China.Finally,taking the site of No.1 blast furnace in Wuhan as an example,this thesis discusses the spatial adaptation and reuse design optimization strategy of the external space,landscape space and architectural space of industrial heritage from the perspective of symbiosis. |
