| With the adjustment of urban industrial structure and the continuous advancement of society,traditional industrial buildings are facing challenges related to physical space aging and social disconnection.Many factories are struggling with the dilemma of transformation and shutdown,leaving behind numerous abandoned industrial heritage sites,including factory buildings,production equipment,and structures that still hold significant value.The protection and reuse of industrial heritage sites have become a necessary measure.The Yunnan Tin Machinery Factory Site,a valuable industrial heritage site in the history of industrial development in southern Yunnan,has been threatened by factors such as resource depletion,facility aging,and industrial structural adjustment with the accelerated process of urbanization.It is facing the reality of operating difficulties and industrial transformation shutdowns.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the adaptive reuse of the Yunnan Tin Machinery Factory Site.This thesis introduces the background,purpose,and significance of the topic,and compiles a literature review on the renovation of industrial heritage.The significance of the adaptive reuse of industrial heritage spaces is studied,and a series of analyses are conducted on the Yunxi Machinery Factory to propose directions for adaptive reuse renovation of industrial heritage,as well as to explore methods for industrial heritage renovation.Based on this,a design case is presented to study the adaptive reuse of industrial heritage spaces,combining innovative thinking and technical means to create a more appropriate,efficient,beautiful,and sustainable mode of industrial heritage renovation. |
