Research On Development Strategies Of Wuhan Industrial Heritage Tourism Based On Symbiosis Theory

Excellent location and traffic conditions make Wuhan become the birthplace of Chinese modern industry.Since the opening of Hankou in1861,through Western-ization Movement,national industrial development,reconstruction of the former Soviet Union and the third-line construction,Wuhan is abundant with industrial heritage resources.The industrial heritage is the microcosm of industrialization process in Wuhan and China,with multiple values in history,society,technology,economy and aesthetics.In recent years,Wuhan industrial heritage conservation and reuse has been paid more and more attentions,relevant researches have gradually increased,but most of them focus on industrial heritage monomer space,also have some problems like lack of integrity,neglect of symbiosis and so on.In this context,industrial heritage tourism as a new type of special tourism forms is conducive to optimizing urban industial structure,promoting city harmonious development,also favorable to rationsl use of industial heritage protection,so it has a great help to solve problems of Wuhan.Therefore,this paper is problem oriented,propose and investigate the feasibility of Wuhan industrial heritage tourism development,further combined with symbiotic theory,from planning and implementation to study Wuhan industrial heritage tourism development strategy.Firstly,this paper outlines the problems of Wuhan industrial heritage reuse and the positive impacts of industrial heritage tourism development,in order to present research topic,clear research content and purpose.Secondly,through the method of literature research and field survey,to understand the research status of industrial heritage tourism and Wuhan industrial heritage conservation,analysis research trends and problems,further explore the symbiosis theory development in economy,tourism,construction,planning area,understand related analysis method.Thirdly,taking problem as the guide,based on Symbiosis Theory and symbiotic analysis method,combining with case study,from symbiosis of industrial heritage and urban development,to put forward the necessary conditions,then discuss the feasibility of Wuhan industrial heritage tourism development.Finally,this paper from symbiosis of part and the whole,combined with case study and symbiotic analysis,put forward Wuhan industrial heritage tourism development planning strategy: in city level,based on symbiotic degree divide areas,through the TOD model to build symbiotic interface,in theme area level,integrate other tourism resources,consider the suitable development model,use green road network to build symbiotic interface,in order to ensure the establishment of symbiotic unit and symbiotic model.Further from symbiosis environment to propose administration,policy and regulation,market operation three aspects’ implementation strategies,in order to ensure effectiveness and feasibility of the planning strategy,and the establishment of a complete industrial heritage tourism development system in Wuhan.On the one hand,it is beneficial to solve the current problems,to better promote the rational reuse of industrial heritage in Wuhan and the coordinated development of the city,on the other hand,it is conducive to the development of industrial heritage tourism theory.
