With the development of cities,China’s urban land structure has been optimized and industrial land has been reduced,resulting in the decline of traditional industrial vitality.A large number of industrial area faced transformation and a large number of factories were forced to be idled,so a large number of industrial heritage appeared.With the increasing attention to the industrial heritage,the reutilization of industrial heritage is becoming more and more important.The reutilization of the industrial heritage reuse can not only inherit the industrial heritage culture,but also can make use of the original building,infrastructure and the surrounding environment to create a city landmark,reduce construction cost,shorten construction period,improve the economic benefits to reduce construction cost and shorten the construction period,which plays a positive role in promoting the development of the entire city.In the process of reusing industrial heritage.The lack of symbiosis between industrial heritage and human behavior and requirement,architectural style of somen industrial heritage and industrial heritage park,new and old of the single architecture of the industrial heritage park,the lack of experience in the interior space and the low utilization rate of space exists.At first,this paper reviews the research background and summarizes the theory of symbiosis,the theory of architectural recirculation,the theory of environment and behaviour and so on.The above contents provide relevant research methods to support and reference for the transformation and reuse of industrial heritage.On the other hand,it provides corresponding support for on-site research and optimization strategies in the latter part of this paper.Second,after elaborating the domestic and foreign industrial heritage reuse research status,this paper introduces the industry development of Chengdu City and industrial heritage characteristics of Chengdu City.On this basis,this paper puts forward the symbiotic relationship for research and analysis: the symbiosis between industrial heritage and human behavior demand,the symbiosis between part and whole,and the symbiosis between "new" and "old".This paper selects three reused typical cases: East Suburb Memory,U37 CreativeVenture Park and Wuli Creative Factory and investigates the current status of "symbiosis".Investigation includes the environmental background of the area,the street and the outer space of the industrial heritage park,and the interior space of the single industrial heritage architecture.The environmental background of the area includes spatial structure,traffic system,architectural style,landscape logo,human behavior.The street and the outer space of the industrial heritage park spatial structure,street space,architectural style,landscape logo,human behavior.The interior space of the single industrial heritage architecture includes internal space,function,traffic streamline,landscape logo and human behavior.This paper investigates and analyze the status of reuse of industrial heritage on the perspective of symbiosis to find problems existing in the reuse of industrial heritage in Chengdu City,which lays a good foundation for the optimization strategy.Then,on the basis of the above,this paper put forwards optimization goals of the environmental background of the area,the street and the outer space of the industrial heritage park,and the interior space of the single industrial heritage architecture and optimal design strategies of the symbiosis between industrial heritage and human behavior demand,the symbiosis between part and whole,and the symbiosis between "new" and "old,which provides reference of reuse industrial heritage in Chengdu City and other cities in the future.Finally,this paper,based on the above optimization goals and design strategies,illustrated by the example of Material Refractory Factory of Deyang City,discusses optimal design strategies of the symbiosis between industrial heritage and human behavior demand,the symbiosis between part and whole,and the symbiosis between "new" and "old,which provides reference of reuse industrial heritage in Chengdu City and other cities in the future. |
