In recent years,with the sustained and rapid development of China's national economy,the construction of highway passenger terminal has also been developed rapidly.The economic growth has also led to the prosperity and development of the transportation industry,but with the increasing passenger traffic,the existing passenger terminal has been unable to meet the public demand at this stage in China.Highway passenger terminal,as a public infrastructure,is faced with many risk factors such as large investment,long return period and large environmental impact in the process of construction,which makes passenger terminal facing many risks after construction and operation.Based on this practical situation,the significance of risk assessment of passenger terminal construction project is more prominent.This article is based on the planning of the Sichuan province expressway network,and the proposed passenger terminal in Chengdu A district will serve as a background topic for research.First of all,the risk and the basic meaning of the passenger station are explained.According to the specific situation of the public transportation field in China at this stage,the current status of the construction of passenger terminal stations in China and their existing problems are discussed.The risk assessment of the passenger terminal project is required.The second is to study the risk assessment data of other similar projects in China,combined with the characteristics of the passenger terminal project,to classify and analyze the risk factors that affect the construction of the passenger terminal project according to their causes.These risk factors are categorized into two levels of first-class risk and second-class risk,and a risk assessment indicator system for the passenger terminal project is constructed.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the passenger hub station,the method of expert scoring,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Applying this method to the background project of this subject,a risk model for the construction of a passenger terminal station in Chengdu A district based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment method was established.This paper not only plays a role in the management and prevention of the risks in the project construction process,but also proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this risk management method,and provides an effective reference for the risk management method of passenger terminal projects in China.
