Risk management has become one of the hot topics in management discipline at home and abroad in recent years.Risk management project is actually a series of activities based on project management practice,the project actual situation,risk management theories and methods,project risk identification,evaluation,response and control.Project risk management not only plays a very important role in the success of the project,but also is a significant guarantee for the three objectives of project cost,schedule and quality.Nuclear power project usually has these characteristics,long construction period,large investment,complex internal and external relations,if without effective project risk management,the project may encounter setbacks or even failure.Therefore,it is necessary to use risk management theory to guide localization project of head divider alloy plate in Hua-long Pressurized Reactor.This paper takes localization project of head divider alloy plate in Hua-long Pressurized Reactor as the research object,according to the management mode of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk control,using brainstorming method and literature research method to identify the items this project may encounter.There are six of them,market,financial,technology,quality,schedule,cost six risks,using the FMEA method and the risk graph method for qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the six risks,according to the project risk assessment for formulating risk coping strategies,and project risk control measures are discussed.First a brief overview of the basic theory of project risk management,risk identification,risk management of the project in the process of risk assessment and risk control are discussed;second,elaborated the project background,description of the project content,project organization,project target and analyzes the characteristics of the project,risk characteristics,the project risk control requirements and objectives;third,the risk factors of localization project of head divider alloy plate in Hua-long Pressurized Reactor are analyzed,risk identification is carried out according to the relevant influencing factors,the project risk evaluation Ⅳ system is established,and the identified project risks are evaluated;fourth,according to the project risk assessment results to develop project risk response plan to discuss the project risk coping strategies,and project risk control,finally formed the relevant risk control methods.The research of this paper has a reference value for the risk management of localization project of head divider alloy plate in Hua-long Pressurized Reactor and of the same kind. |
