Corporate culture is formed in the process of long-term development and management of corporate.It is a combination of management objectives,values,and institutional constraints that are commonly identified by all enterprise managers and employees,and form a dominant and recessive management system.Corporate culture as the soul and the main pillar of the entire enterprise,the reform and development of enterprises play the overall role.The construction of an advanced corporate culture is an important force that determines the rise and fall of corporates and drives the economic development of a country.At a time when China's economy is entering a new phase of the three-phase superposition,the construction industry is facing increasingly fierce market competition.Construction corporates model are continuously enriched,the coverage area continues to develop,increasing customer demand in the market environment,the business model changes and business managers ability and corporate culture building requirements gradually increased.This article has a very important theoretical and practical significance for the study of construction corporate culture construction.Based on the theories of corporate culture construction and the practical experience of cultural construction of state-owned enterprises in our country,this paper studies the status quo and existing problems of cultural construction of J construction corporate by means of interviews and questionnaires,and further provides a corresponding analysis of J corporate culture policy suggestion.First,the theory and practice of corporate culture were studied.Through in-depth study on the culture,the connotation of corporate culture,the theory of corporate culture and the practice of corporate culture building in our country,which laid the theoretical and practical foundation for this article.Second,the analysis of corporate culture construction development practices.Through the analysis of the development history of China's corporate culture construction and the requirements of the new practice stage for construction companies,the practical foundation of this paper is laid.Third,the problems existing in the external environment and corporate culture construction of J Construction Engineering Company were studied.First of all,we will study the external economic environment facing the J construction companies and the cultural connotation of Shanxi Province.Secondly,it analyzes the development situation and problems in the development process of J Construction Engineering Company.Thirdly,through the understanding of the status quo of corporate culture construction,combined with the external environment of the enterprise and the current status of the enterprise,the problems in the material,behavioral,institutional,and spiritual aspects of corporate culture construction of J Construction Engineering Company were analyzed using interviews and questionnaires.Third,it put forward policy recommendations and implementation plans for the corporate culture construction of J Construction Engineering Company.From the four aspects of the material level,the behavior level,the system level and the spirit level of the corporate culture,the corresponding implementation plan and specific safeguard measures are proposed.
