Study On The Design Strategy Of External Space Reconstruction In Qingdao Old Communities Under The New Normal

Under the new normal background,China's urbanization process has steadily progressed.In the 1980 s and 1990 s,in order to solve the problem of urban housing shortage,a large number of houses were built and gradually declined.These old communities are often located in the central area of the city,which not only fails to meet the residents demands for higher quality of life,but also have a certain impact on the overall cityscape and regional development.Based on the impact of the new normal background on the transformation of old communities in the urban area,this paper focuses on the transformation of the external space of the old communities to put forward the transformation design strategy of the external space of the communities in urban development and construction by analyzing real problems existing in the old communities of Qingdao,combined with the TND concept and its related practice of reference and application.In the chapter one and chapter two,the definition of relevant concepts is first clarified.By summarizing the relevant practices and research on the transformation of old communities in domestic and abroad,the successful experience is explored.At the same time,the TND is deeply analyzed from its historical origins,core concepts and to its related practices.According to the analysis of the strategies,ideas and cases,it refines and summarizes the internal unity of the TND concept and the community design,and then discusses the significance of the transformation of old communities under the new normal background.In chapter three,this paper reviews the overall development of Qingdao city and its old communities to clarify the basic outline of the research objects.Then,I conducted Field research on many old communities in Qingdao.Through the investigation and analysis of its current situation,we further studied and summarized the problems and causes of the old communities in the city.These are also the key entry points for solving the problem in this paper.In chapter four,based on the above research and analysis of the actual situation of old communities in Qingdao,combined with the TND concept,this paper proposes thedesign strategy for the transformation of the external space of old communities,and also elaborates on three aspects of external space transformation,functional structure renewal and reshaping of the neighbourhood society of the old communities.In chapter five,in line with the design strategy summarized above and combine with the actual problems existing in the Qingdao Siji community,a specific transformation design is proposed in order to optimize and enhance the overall living area through the design strategy from the perspective of TND,further coordinate the relationship between community and urban development,and expand more ideas and methods for relevant theoretical research on the external space transformation of old communities in China through this study.
