Research On The Design Of Aging Suitability Transformation Of Public Space In Old Community From The Perspective Of Healthy Community

At present,my country has entered a moderately aging society,and the psychological and living needs of the elderly have received more and more attention and attention from the society.With the growth of age,the physical function of the elderly continues to weaken,and they have higher requirements for the health,safety and comfort of the living space.As a place for residents’ daily life,communities also need to undertake important functions such as epidemic prevention and control,health protection,and happiness.Imperative.With the advancement of urban renewal and the "Healthy China2030" strategy,people are paying more and more attention to the healthy construction of community public spaces,and the research on aging-friendly renovation strategies for old community public spaces has also become particularly important.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the activity characteristics,psychological characteristics and demand for community public space of the elderly,this paper takes the design and renovation of typical old communities as the research object,and sorts out the outstanding problems existing in the current old communities.The attributes and characteristics of healthy communities suitable for aging are analyzed in six dimensions:healthy environment,community health transportation,community health services,community health facilities,and community health activities,and then combined with the current international and domestic successful cases and design experience of aging-friendly design,from the perspective of landscape health care.,traffic continuity,spatial adaptability,facility inclusiveness,community intelligence,functional diversity,etc.,summed up the design principles,strategies and design points of healthy community aging-friendly design.This paper is mainly divided into the following five parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which sorts out the background,research purpose and significance of the development of healthy community public spaces for aging,summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the problems and research objects to be solved by the research,so as to clarify the research content and thinking methods,and draw a conclusion.Paper framework.The second chapter mainly summarizes the main research results of community public space suitable for aging at home and abroad,sorts out the psychological and physiological characteristics and group needs of the elderly group,summarizes and analyzes the main research results and research directions of the current aging-friendly community public space renovation,and combines domestic and foreign public space reconstruction.Based on the design cases of aging-friendly public spaces in typical foreign communities,we have sorted out domestic and foreign aging-friendly design concepts and transformation ideas and used them for reference.The third chapter investigates the public space of typical old communities in Beijing,analyzes and summarizes the outstanding problems of the public space in three different types of community public spaces,namely "courtyard type","old urban construction type" and "high-rise commercial type".Analyze the demand tendency of the elderly and the status quo of the community in the main population of the study.The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the six construction dimensions of a healthy community for aging and the community attributes it should have,and sorts out the design principles that should be followed in the design of the renovation of a healthy community for aging.According to the behavioral characteristics and daily needs of the elderly,The corresponding design strategies and design points are formulated.The fifth chapter,under the guidance of the previous theoretical research and design strategy,carries out the renovation design for the specific problems existing in the selected old communities,verifies the effectiveness of the previous research results and strategies,and further summarizes the design experience,in order to provide relevant research results.Must be instructive.
