Study On The Micro-transformation Of The Outside Environment Of Old Urban Communities

With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's urban construction is on the track of rapid development.The focus of development is mainly on the large-scale expansion of the city,but neglects the coordinated development with the old community,resulting in the uneven distribution of social resources,resulting in the intensification of the contradiction of inequality in residential environment.In view of the problems existing n the old urban communities,the central government put forward the concept of"urban double repair"in 2015.Therefore,this micro-transformation mode with minor repairs as the core has immediately attracted the attention of local governments.As a new transformation mode,few scholars have systematically studied its effect and function.Taking the external environment of old urban commun:ities as the research object and micro-transformation as the breakthrough point,this paper explores the strategies and methods suitable for the renewal of the external environment of old urban communities.In this context,this paper first differentiates and analyses the related concepts of the external environment of old urban communities,puts forward the research purpose and significance of the topic,and formulates the research framework.Through consulting many documents and materials,this paper expounds the relevant theory,background and significance of micro-transformation,and combines with the analysis of relevant typical cases,summarizes and summarizes the principles,advantages and objectives of micro-transformation.Finally,in view of the main contradictions existing in the process of urban old community transformation,the corresponding macro-strategy of micro-transformation is put forward.This paper chooses Yunluyuan Community in Changsha City as the specific research object,uses the methods of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey to conduct in-depth investigation on the basic information of the community,the characteristics of residents'population and the status quo of the external environment of the community,and elaborates on the existing problems and their causes before the micro-transformation of the community.Based on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the micro-transformation of Yunluyuan community and the investigation of its concrete transformation results,combined with the evaluation and opinions of residents and other sectors of society,this paper summarizes the shortcomings and causes of the micro-transformation.This paper advocates that the micro-transformation of the external environment of old urban communities should be based on improving the living environment,continuing the community style,taking public participation as the premise,meeting the needs of residents as the core,and reflecting the social benefits.Finally,from the specific elements of functional needs,community image,greening ecology and other aspects,this paper puts forward the strategies and methods of micro-transformation of the external environment of the old urban communities,and puts forward corresponding safeguard strategies for its implementation,so as to promote the renewal and protection of the old communities to proceed steadily and alleviate social contradictions,with a view to providing some reference and reference for the micro-transformation of the external environment of similar old urban communities.
