At this stage,China is in the stage of rapid development of urbanization.Due to the large population of China,the number of houses and the quality of housing cannot meet the needs of the population.Today,the state pays more attention to environmental protection,and the requirements for green civilization construction in the construction industry are becoming more and more strict.Compared with traditional buildings with cast-in-place concrete construction,prefabricated concrete buildings reduce the amount of concrete poured on site,and some of the components in the building are prefabricated by the factory,only assembled on site,improving production efficiency,construction efficiency,and ensuring engineering quality and strengthening environmental protection.However,the current engineering cost of prefabricated buildings is higher than that of traditional concrete buildings.In order to promote and develop prefabricated buildings more favorably,this paper decomposes the construction process of prefabricated buildings and discusses ways and means to reduce project cost.This paper has discussed the design phase,production phase,transportation phase and construction and installation phase of prefabricated buildings.With the In-depth analysis to understand the process and technical solutions of each stage,and then explore effective optimization and management solutions.The prefabricated buildings are compared with traditional buildings in terms of construction quality,construction period,cost,energy conservation and environmental protection.Based on the actual case,the cost structure of the precast component site construction and installation is analyzed.The cost of prefabricated and cast-in-situ components is compared and analyzed,and the cost of prefabricated components with different prefabricated rates is analyzed,and the influence of prefabricated rates on project cost is discussed.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the engineering cost involved in the whole construction process of the assembled building,and compares the cost of each sub-project with the traditional construction method.Through the comparative analysis of the cost of each sub-project,the methods and measures for reducing the cost of the prefabricated assembled building are put forward.First of all,in the design process,we should go deep into the production plant of prefabricated components,understand the prefabricated mold,consider the factory production and then carry on the architectural design.On the premise of satisfying the beautiful appearance,we should try our best to be regular and accurate.Through the optimization of component design,we should seek the standardization of prefabricated design,simplify the nodes,and give full play to the prefabricated assembly building.This advantage.Secondly,in the prefabrication process,the mold reuse rate is increased,the amortization cost of the mold is reduced,the specifications of the prefabricated components or the same components are reduced,and the cost is reduced by strengthening the research of new materials and new technology for prefabricated components,mass production line,minimizing the mold and maximizing the production efficiency.Thirdly,in the field construction,considering the transportation of prefabricated components,site stacking,hoisting,joints and other issues,optimize the construction program,select efficient,reliable and more economical comprehensive assembly technology and appropriate technology,change the traditional project management ideas,form the concept of integrated logical management of assembly,cultivate construction.Skilled workers improve installation speed and construction precision.prefabricated concrete buildings is a new construction mode based on the maximization of life cycle value.It is a construction mode vigorously promoted by China's sustainable development.However,the implementation and development of assembly building is not achieved overnight.At present,there is no mass industrialization,and the macro-market is not yet mature.With the degree of product standardization,and mass production.Scale improvement and assembly rate increase will be closer to or lower than cast-in-place cost.
